In diesem Dokument werden acht Schl\u00fcsseltechnologien aus den Bereichen Materialwissenschaft, Verarbeitungstechnologie und Qualit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung in drei Dimensionen kombiniert, um die Herstellung von Kupfersammelschienen zu optimieren. In Kombination mit internationalen Standards und branchenweit neuesten Daten (wie GB\/T 5585.1-2005 und IEC 60287) wird eine Logik f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Sammelschienen mit hoher Leitf\u00e4higkeit und hoher mechanischer Festigkeit aufgezeigt. Durch Vergleichstabellen und Prozessparameteranalysen werden Herstellern von Stromanlagen praktische Hinweise gegeben.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Schritt 1. Materialauswahl<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Die Kupferreinheit bestimmt die elektrische Leitf\u00e4higkeit und die mechanische Festigkeit<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kupfersammelschienen m\u00fcssen aus Elektrolytkupfer oder sauerstofffreiem Kupfer bestehen; die Reinheit muss \u2265 99,95% betragen; eine Kontrolle des Silbergehalts auf 0,002%\u20130,02% kann die Kriechfestigkeit verbessern. Experimente haben gezeigt, dass pro 0,1% Verringerung der Kupferreinheit die Leitf\u00e4higkeit um etwa 1,2% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard) abnimmt, w\u00e4hrend der Verlust der Zugfestigkeit bis zu 5% betr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Schritt 2. Schmelzvorgang<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Holzkohle-Beschichtungsmethode f\u00fcr effiziente Desoxidation<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Beim Schmelzen in einem IF-Ofen muss die Oberfl\u00e4che der Kupferfl\u00fcssigkeit mit einer 135 mm dicken Kohleschicht bedeckt werden, um den Sauerstoffgehalt auf unter ppm zu senken und eine lokale Widerstandserh\u00f6hung durch Kupferoxideinschl\u00fcsse zu vermeiden. Die Temperatur muss pr\u00e4zise auf 1145\u20131155 \u00b0C () geregelt werden, und die Kupferfl\u00fcssigkeit wird durch die Tauchstruktur geleitet, um Blasenr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Schritt 3. Formprozess<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Kontinuierliche Extrusionstechnologie zur Verbesserung der Formationsrate<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nach der Kristallisation in der Stranggussanlage werden Kupferst\u00e4be bei 490 \u00b0C kontinuierlich extrudiert. Dabei ersetzt Reibungsw\u00e4rme die externe Erw\u00e4rmung und spart 30 TP3T Energie. Pr\u00e4zisionsbearbeitung<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">CNC-Bearbeitung gew\u00e4hrleistet eine Genauigkeit von \u00b10,5 mm<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bei Verwendung einer 3-in-1-Sammelschienen-Bearbeitungsmaschine (Stanzen + Biegen + Schneiden) betr\u00e4gt der Fehler des Stanzmittelabstands \u2264 0,5 mm, der Biegeradius muss \u2265 2,5-mal die Breite der Sammelschiene betragen. Die Oberfl\u00e4chenrauheit muss \u2264 Ra1,6 sein, und die verbesserte Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit muss durch Verzinken (10\u201320 \u03bcm) oder chemisches Polieren verbessert werden.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Schritt 5. Biegevorgang<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Kaltbiegeverfahren zur Vermeidung von Gittersch\u00e4den<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kupfersammelschienen m\u00fcssen durch Kaltbiegen geformt werden; die Heiztemperatur darf 250 \u00b0C nicht \u00fcberschreiten (). Die vertikale Biegung und die flache Biegung der Kr\u00fcmmung m\u00fcssen \u2264 2 mm\/m bzw. 3 mm\/m betragen. Nach dem Biegen muss gegl\u00fcht werden, wobei die Eigenspannung um 60% reduziert wird ().<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Schritt 6.
