Pasos para la instalaci\u00f3n de barras colectoras de cobre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"a-support-structure-construction\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">a. Construcci\u00f3n de estructuras de soporte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tipo de soporte:<\/strong>&nbsp;La instalaci\u00f3n horizontal se realiza mediante un brazo de \u00e1ngulo de acero o un soporte de perfil en U; la instalaci\u00f3n vertical debe configurarse con un soporte con muelles para amortiguar las vibraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Espaciado fijo:<\/strong>&nbsp;En el caso de los conductos r\u00edgidos, la distancia entre soportes horizontales debe ser \u2264 2,5 metros, y entre soportes verticales \u2264 3 metros; en los conductos cerrados, cada tramo debe contar con al menos un punto fijo, y en las esquinas se debe instalar un soporte adicional cada 0,4-0,6 metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"b-busbar-processing-and-connection\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">b. Procesamiento y conexi\u00f3n de barras colectoras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Corte y alisado:<\/strong>&nbsp;Se utilizan cortadoras especiales para el corte; el error de curvatura plana y vertical por metro es inferior a 3 mm y 2 mm, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proceso de soldadura (barra colectora r\u00edgida):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c1ngulo de bisel de 65-75\u00b0, pureza del gas de protecci\u00f3n para la soldadura por arco con arg\u00f3n \u2265 99%; tras la soldadura, la soldadura debe quedar lisa y sin rebabas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La posici\u00f3n de soldadura debe evitar el punto de apoyo y la conexi\u00f3n en un radio de al menos 50 mm; las soldaduras de la barra colectora de la misma fase deben disponerse de forma escalonada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uni\u00f3n con pernos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La superficie de contacto debe pulirse para eliminar la capa oxidada, recubrirse con grasa compuesta para aplicaciones el\u00e9ctricas, el perno debe enroscarse de abajo hacia arriba y la llave dinamom\u00e9trica debe apretarse a 70 \u00b1 6 N\u00b7m, dejando al descubierto 2-3 muescas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al conectar el conducto de bus cerrado, es necesario alinear la carcasa y fijar la placa de cubierta estanca, y el manguito aislante de la uni\u00f3n debe quedar completamente cubierto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"c-insulation-and-grounding\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">c.
