Production process:
1. Raw material processing: Screening copper rows and insulating materials, cutting and cleaning the surface (removing oil, burrs).
2. Composite process:
- By irradiation cross-linking or chemical cross-linking technology, the polyolefin material is laminated with the copper rows to control the uniformity of the layer thickness.
- Curing treatment to enhance the bonding strength.
3. Heat shrink molding: Heating to 120℃~140℃, using oven or hot air gun for uniform shrinkage, to avoid air bubbles or localized overheating.
4. Post-treatment and inspection: After cooling, remove the excess sleeve, check the surface flatness, insulation properties (such as voltage resistance test).
