Cependant, les diff\u00e9rences de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques entre ces deux m\u00e9taux peuvent entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes tels que la corrosion galvanique et une r\u00e9sistance de contact \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Des exp\u00e9riences montrent que, pour les assemblages aluminium-cuivre non trait\u00e9s soumis \u00e0 un essai au brouillard salin, l'\u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature peut d\u00e9passer 200 \u2103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diff\u00e9rence de coefficient de dilatation thermique : relaxation des contraintes et rupture de contact<br>Le coefficient de dilatation thermique de l'aluminium (23,1 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C) est 1,4 fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du cuivre (16,5 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C). Les variations de temp\u00e9rature peuvent entra\u00eener l'apparition de micro-\u00e9carts au niveau de l'interface de connexion et une augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance de contact, provoquant une surchauffe localis\u00e9e, voire une fusion (figure 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Imp\u00e9dance des films d'oxyde : formation de couches \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance sur les surfaces en aluminium<br>L'aluminium expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air forme rapidement une couche d'oxyde d'aluminium (Al\u2082O\u2083) ; sa r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 peut atteindre 10\u00b9\u2074 \u03a9\u00b7cm, soit 1 000 fois celle d'une couche d'oxyde de cuivre. Si ce film n\u2019est pas \u00e9limin\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance de la jonction augmentera de 30% \u00e0 50%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diff\u00e9rence de comportement au fluage : rupture m\u00e9canique sous des charges \u00e0 long terme<br>La r\u00e9sistance au fluage de l'aluminium n'atteint que 60% de celle du cuivre. Les vibrations prolong\u00e9es ou les charges de courant \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont susceptibles d'entra\u00eener une d\u00e9formation plastique, ce qui provoque le desserrage des assemblages boulonn\u00e9s (figure 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9quilibre entre co\u00fbt et processus : options techniques pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d'all\u00e8gement<br>Les conducteurs en aluminium sont 60% plus l\u00e9gers que ceux en cuivre, mais le processus de raccordement co\u00fbte 20% \u00e0 40% de plus (tableau 1). -0,1 \u03bc\u03a9\/MPa) \u00e0 partir de la courbe r\u00e9sistance-contrainte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 4 : Choix du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soudage par friction-malaxage (FSW) : Convient aux assemblages de grande section, avec une r\u00e9sistance des joints pouvant atteindre 90% de celle du mat\u00e9riau de base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brasage au laser : utiliser un mat\u00e9riau de brasage \u00e0 base de Zn-Al (point de fusion : 380 \u00b0C) afin d'\u00e9viter la formation d'une phase CuAl\u2082 fragile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 5 : Isolation et protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protection \u00e0 double couche : couche int\u00e9rieure recouverte d'un ruban auto-fusionnant en caoutchouc silicone, couche ext\u00e9rieure constitu\u00e9e d'une gaine thermor\u00e9tractable renforc\u00e9e (r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature : 125 \u00b0C) pour emp\u00eacher la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l'humidit\u00e9 et du brouillard salin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tape 6 : Inspection et entretien r\u00e9guliers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Imagerie thermique infrarouge : inspections trimestrielles ;
