Caract\u00e9ristiques structurelles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les barres omnibus stratifi\u00e9es sont obtenues par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de stratification altern\u00e9e de conducteurs en cuivre\/aluminium et d\u2019isolants en polyimide\/\u00e9poxy, ce qui permet de former une structure composite de l\u2019ordre du micron, d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur comprise entre 0,1 et 2 mm (figure 1). Avantages des barres omnibus stratifi\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"1-inductance-suppression-technology\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Technologie de suppression de l'inductance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les mesures effectu\u00e9es en conditions r\u00e9elles par la division Siemens Energy montrent que l\u2019intensit\u00e9 des interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) des barres omnibus stratifi\u00e9es est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 35 dB\u03bcV dans des sc\u00e9narios \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence de 10 MHz (contre 72 dB\u03bcV pour les barres omnibus conventionnelles), ce qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la norme stricte CISPR 22 Classe B. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'adoption de cette technologie dans la Tesla Model S Plaid, le taux d'erreurs binaires (BER) du signal du contr\u00f4leur de moteur passe de 10\u207b\u2076 \u00e0 10\u207b\u2079, ce qui permet d'obtenir une r\u00e9ponse de commutation ultra-rapide de l'ordre de 200 \u03bcs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-3d-thermal-management-architecture\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Architecture de gestion thermique 3D<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des canaux de dissipation thermique directionnels sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une conception \u00e0 gradient de conductivit\u00e9 thermique associant une couche de cuivre et un isolant (5 W\/mK dans le sens vertical \u2192 0,2 W\/mK dans le sens horizontal). Selon un rapport de recherche de Ningde Times, cette structure r\u00e9duit la diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature du module de batterie de \u00b15 \u00b0C \u00e0 \u00b11,2 \u00b0C et prolonge la dur\u00e9e de vie cyclique \u00e0 8 000 cycles (am\u00e9lioration de 371 TP3T).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"3-space-compression\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Compression spatiale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuji Electric a mis au point un jeu de barres lamin\u00e9es courb\u00e9es qui permet de r\u00e9duire de 62% la taille du module de puissance d'un onduleur photovolta\u00efque de 1,2 MW. Sa conception en serpentin permet d'atteindre une densit\u00e9 de c\u00e2blage de 18 A\/mm\u00b2, d\u00e9passant largement les 6 A\/mm\u00b2 requis par la norme CEI 61439.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"4-mechanical-electrical-synergy-reinforcement\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Renforcement de la synergie entre les syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques et \u00e9lectriques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les essais de choc r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le laboratoire DuPont montrent que les barres omnibus dot\u00e9es d'une couche de renfort en fibre de verre conservent une r\u00e9sistance d'isolement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10\u00b9\u00b2 \u03a9 et une dur\u00e9e de vie en fatigue vibratoire sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10\u2077 cycles sous une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de choc de 50 G (soit une am\u00e9lioration de 8 fois). Schneider Electric a atteint un MTBF (temps moyen entre deux pannes) sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 150 000 heures dans des applications en centrales nucl\u00e9aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"5-customized-design\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Conception sur mesure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cas n\u00b0 1<\/em>: La barre omnibus stratifi\u00e9e en forme d\u2019\u00e9toile de GE (fig. 3), destin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9olien offshore, r\u00e9duit les pertes du convertisseur de 19% gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 24 couches de feuilles de cuivre entrelac\u00e9es, permettant ainsi une homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation du courant \u00e0 360\u00b0.<br><em>Cas n\u00b0 2<\/em>: Barre omnibus en L destin\u00e9e au mod\u00e8le X9 de Xiaopeng Automobile, dot\u00e9e d'un rayon de courbure de 2 mm permettant de maintenir une r\u00e9sistance aux courts-circuits de 100 kA, et permettant ainsi de gagner 43% d'espace de c\u00e2blage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"iii-industry-applications\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Applications industrielles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"1-new-energy-field\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Le secteur des \u00e9nergies nouvelles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les donn\u00e9es du NREL, le rendement d'une centrale photovolta\u00efque \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un jeu de barres lamin\u00e9 atteint 98,7% (contre 96,2% pour les syst\u00e8mes traditionnels), et la production annuelle d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par MW augmente de 21 000 kWh. Goldwind a r\u00e9duit la consommation d'\u00e9nergie du syst\u00e8me de pas de 14% apr\u00e8s l'avoir appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 une \u00e9olienne de 6,25 MW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-industry-4-0\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Industrie 4.0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bras robotis\u00e9 de Fanuc est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une barre omnibus lamin\u00e9e en forme d'anneau qui permet d'atteindre une densit\u00e9 de courant de 500 A\/cm\u00b2 au niveau des articulations, ce qui porte la vitesse de r\u00e9ponse des mouvements \u00e0 0,25 ms (contre 1,2 ms pour les mod\u00e8les classiques). Les calculs de Mitsubishi Electric montrent que cette technologie r\u00e9duit la consommation d'\u00e9nergie de la cha\u00eene de production de 22%\/an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"iv-future-trends-and-technological-innovations\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV.
