La r\u00e9volution des mat\u00e9riaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technologie de fusion du cuivre ultra-pur : le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9soxydation sous vide mis au point par Wuhan Yongqing Electric permet de maintenir la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne des mat\u00e9riaux en cuivre en dessous de 5 ppm et d'augmenter la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e0 10\u00b9\u00b9 TP\u00b3TIACS. Par rapport au cuivre \u00e9lectrolytique traditionnel, sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est augment\u00e9e de 18% et la taille des grains est affin\u00e9e \u00e0 15 \u03bcm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Index<\/th><th>Cuivre \u00e9lectrolytique traditionnel<\/th><th>Cuivre ultra-pur<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique (IACS)<\/td><td>98%<\/td><td>101%<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction<\/td><td>220 MPa<\/td><td>260 MPa<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Granulom\u00e9trie<\/td><td>50 \u03bcm<\/td><td>15 \u03bcm<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mat\u00e9riau composite en aluminium rev\u00eatu de cuivre : la technologie de laminage \u00e0 froid mise au point par l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie chinoise des sciences permet de contr\u00f4ler avec pr\u00e9cision l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la couche de cuivre, fix\u00e9e \u00e0 0,05 mm. Dans le domaine des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergie nouvelle, ce mat\u00e9riau permet de r\u00e9duire le poids de 40% tout en conservant une conductivit\u00e9 de 95%. Les mesures effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 la Super Factory de Tesla montrent que l'\u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature du connecteur est r\u00e9duite de 12 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e8me en circuit ferm\u00e9 pour le cuivre recycl\u00e9 : le syst\u00e8me z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission mis au point par le groupe GEA a permis d'atteindre un taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du cuivre de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 99,8%. Les donn\u00e9es de l'UE montrent que la consommation d'\u00e9nergie li\u00e9e \u00e0 la production de cuivre recycl\u00e9 est inf\u00e9rieure de 65% \u00e0 celle du cuivre primaire, et que les \u00e9missions de carbone sont r\u00e9duites de 1,5 tonne par tonne de produit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"2-4-intelligent-manufacturing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. 4. Fabrication intelligente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technologie de brasage haute fr\u00e9quence Le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur haute fr\u00e9quence de 300 kHz permet la \u201c fusion mol\u00e9culaire \u201d des barres de cuivre, ce qui r\u00e9duit le temps de soudage de 5 minutes \u00e0 45 secondes. La d\u00e9tection par rayons X montre que la densit\u00e9 de la soudure est de 99,991 TP3T et que l'\u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature n'est que de 15 \u00b0C (norme nationale : 30 \u00b0C) lorsque le courant est de 3 000 A pendant 1 heure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de positionnement automatique \u00e0 servocommande : le dispositif brevet\u00e9 de Shandong Korite utilise un capteur de type C associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me intelligent d\u2019alimentation en fil, offrant une pr\u00e9cision de positionnement de \u00b10,01 mm. Dans le cadre de son application aux postes de transformation UHV, ce syst\u00e8me permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts annuels de maintenance de 4,8 millions de yuans et de faire passer l\u2019effectif de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de 8 \u00e0 2 personnes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e8me d'IA de pr\u00e9diction des d\u00e9fauts : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie de reconnaissance de l'empreinte sonore de l'arc \u00e9lectrique, le syst\u00e8me signale la pr\u00e9sence d'un d\u00e9faut de type \u00ab trou d'air \u00bb avec 0,3 seconde d'avance. Les tests en laboratoire men\u00e9s par Huawei montrent que le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9duit le taux de d\u00e9fauts des produits de 500 PPM \u00e0 50 PPM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programmation intelligente de l'implantation : le syst\u00e8me JETCAM d'Eaton Power permet une optimisation automatique de l'implantation, ce qui fait passer le taux d'utilisation des mat\u00e9riaux de 82% \u00e0 98%. Double innovation en mati\u00e8re de production \u00e9cologique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traitement des eaux \u00e0 rejet z\u00e9ro : le syst\u00e8me de circulation mis en place par Jiangxi Copper Industry a permis de r\u00e9duire la consommation d'eau par tonne de produit de 15 m\u00b3 \u00e0 0,5 m\u00b3. La DCO des eaux us\u00e9es trait\u00e9es est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30 mg\/L, ce qui r\u00e9pond aux normes de rejet direct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologie de traitement des COV : le dispositif d'incin\u00e9ration \u00e0 accumulation thermique RTO porte le taux de d\u00e9composition des gaz r\u00e9siduaires organiques \u00e0 99,91 TP3T, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions annuelles de benz\u00e8ne de 120 tonnes. Cette technologie figure dans les \u201c Normes d'\u00e9valuation des usines vertes \u201d du minist\u00e8re de l'Industrie et des Technologies de l'information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"4-industry-application\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Applications industrielles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergie nouvelle : la barre en alliage de cuivre et d\u2019aluminium permet de r\u00e9duire le poids de 35% et d\u2019augmenter l\u2019autonomie de 8% sur la Tesla Model Y. Les donn\u00e9es de CATL montrent que l\u2019utilisation de barres omnibus composites peut porter la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des batteries \u00e0 300 Wh\/kg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9seau de transport et de distribution \u00e0 haute tension. Le rapport annuel 2024 de State Grid montre que les sous-stations \u00e9quip\u00e9es de barres omnibus bras\u00e9es \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence enregistrent une baisse de 0,71 TP3T des pertes de transport, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 annuelle de 210 millions de kWh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e8me d'alimentation \u00e9lectrique des centres de donn\u00e9es : des tests men\u00e9s par Google dans ses centres de donn\u00e9es montrent que les barres omnibus en cuivre ultra-pur permettent d'augmenter le rendement des PDU \u00e0 99,31 TP3T, ce qui se traduit par une \u00e9conomie de 1 TP4T1 200 sur la facture d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par armoire et par an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"5-market-prospects-and-challenges\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Perspectives et d\u00e9fis du march\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le march\u00e9 mondial des barres omnibus en cuivre devrait atteindre $24 milliards en 2025, le secteur des \u00e9nergies nouvelles repr\u00e9sentant 38% de ce total.
