Usinage de pr\u00e9cision : technologie CNC et bond en avant en termes d&#039;efficacit\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La pr\u00e9cision de coupe CNC atteint \u00b1 0,05 mm, soit trois fois plus efficace que la d\u00e9coupe manuelle. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;introduction du syst\u00e8me de programmation automatique JETCAM par une entreprise de Changzhou, le temps de poin\u00e7onnage est pass\u00e9 de 120 minutes par lot \u00e0 25 minutes, et le taux d&#039;utilisation du mat\u00e9riau a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9, passant de 781 TP3T \u00e0 951 TP3T (figure 1). L&#039;\u00e9quipement de d\u00e9coupe laser AMADA du Japon permet de r\u00e9aliser des incisions de forme sp\u00e9ciale de 0,1 mm pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences structurelles complexes des barres de cuivre destin\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergies nouvelles.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"4-annealing-process-dynamic-temperature-control-and-performance-regulation\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">4. Processus de recuit : contr\u00f4le dynamique de la temp\u00e9rature et r\u00e9gulation des performances<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La technologie de recuit \u00e0 gradient (contr\u00f4le de temp\u00e9rature segment\u00e9 de 300 \u00e0 600 \u00b0C) augmente l&#039;allongement de la barre de cuivre \u00e0 40% et r\u00e9duit la plage de fluctuation de duret\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00b15 HV. L&#039;exp\u00e9rience allemande LINDBERG montre qu&#039;avec une vitesse de recuit contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 15 \u00b0C\/min, le degr\u00e9 de recristallisation atteint 98%, ce qui permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser 22% d&#039;\u00e9nergie par rapport au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 conventionnel.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"5-surface-treatment-composite-plating-and-long-term-protection\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">5. Traitement de surface : placage composite et protection longue dur\u00e9e<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le placage composite argent-nickel (\u00e9paisseur 8-12 \u03bcm) r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9sistance de contact \u00e0 0,8 \u03bc\u03a9\u00b7cm, et le test de r\u00e9sistance au brouillard salin d\u00e9passe 1\u00a0000 heures. La technologie de placage au graph\u00e8ne, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Luoyang Jingtong, multiplie par cinq la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;usure et r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt de 63% par rapport au placage \u00e0 l&#039;argent pur. Syst\u00e8me d&#039;inspection : vision IA et contr\u00f4le des processus<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d&#039;inspection par vision industrielle peut identifier des d\u00e9fauts de surface de 0,02 mm avec un taux de d\u00e9tection erron\u00e9e inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,3%. Eaton Power a mis en place un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le statistique des processus (SPC) pour r\u00e9duire la plage de fluctuation des tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles de 67% et le taux de rebut de 1,8% \u00e0 0,5%. La certification UL am\u00e9ricaine exige que les barres omnibus en cuivre passent un test de courant de court-circuit de 100 kA\/3 s, et la d\u00e9tection intelligente augmente l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 du test de 40%.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"vii-intelligent-manufacturing-digital-twin-and-flexible-production\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">7. Fabrication intelligente : jumeau num\u00e9rique et production flexible<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La technologie des jumeaux num\u00e9riques permet de simuler en temps r\u00e9el les param\u00e8tres des processus, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le cycle de d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux produits de 45 \u00e0 12 jours. Le taux d&#039;acc\u00e8s au syst\u00e8me MES d&#039;une entreprise a atteint 95%, le TRS (rendement global de rendement) des \u00e9quipements a augment\u00e9 \u00e0 86% et la consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie a diminu\u00e9 de 18%. La plateforme IoT industrielle permet d&#039;ajuster dynamiquement le plan de production et le d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9ponse aux commandes a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par trois.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"viii-environmental-innovation-circular-economy-and-green-process\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">8. Innovation environnementale : \u00e9conomie circulaire et processus vert<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La technologie de recyclage des d\u00e9chets de cuivre r\u00e9duit le taux de perte de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de 5% \u00e0 0,8% et r\u00e9duit les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 de 1,2 tonne par tonne de jeu de barres en cuivre. La fabrication des jeux de barres en cuivre sans oxyg\u00e8ne adopte un syst\u00e8me de refroidissement par eau en circuit ferm\u00e9, avec un taux d&#039;\u00e9conomie d&#039;eau de 75%.
