Moulage de conducteurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le fil de cuivre (diam\u00e8tre : 1,5 \u00e0 3 mm) est transform\u00e9 en fil de cuivre souple par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de tr\u00e9filage, puis recouvert d'une couche d'\u00e9tain et d'argent.<\/li>\n<li>Bande de cuivre d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en raccord flexible (longueur : 0,2 \u00e0 0,4 mm), assemblage du fil de cuivre par soudage par point au laser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Traitement isolant<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les conducteurs sont stratifi\u00e9s puis press\u00e9s \u00e0 chaud sous vide (2,5 heures de pressage \u00e0 chaud + 1,5 heure de pressage \u00e0 froid) afin d'obtenir une section elliptique.<\/li>\n<li>Blindage interne en papier semi-conducteur enroul\u00e9, impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 de r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy ou de silicone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Encapsulation multicouche<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recouvert successivement d'une isolation en plastique\/caoutchouc, d'un blindage ext\u00e9rieur et d'une gaine (en PEHD ou en c\u00e9ramique)<\/li>\n<li>A pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s l'essai de r\u00e9sistance aux courts-circuits (certification Rittal Labs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.
