Scelta dei materiali<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"copper-purity-determines-electrical-conductivity-and-mechanical-strength\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">La purezza del rame determina la conduttivit\u00e0 elettrica e la resistenza meccanica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sbarre collettrici in rame devono essere realizzate in rame elettrolitico o rame privo di ossigeno; la purezza deve essere \u2265 99,95%; il controllo del contenuto di argento nell\u2019intervallo 0,002%-0,02% pu\u00f2 migliorare la resistenza allo scorrimento. Gli esperimenti hanno dimostrato che per ogni riduzione di 0,11 TP3T della purezza del rame, la conduttivit\u00e0 diminuiva di circa 1,21 TP3T IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), mentre la perdita di resistenza alla trazione raggiungeva il 51 TP3T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"step-2-melting-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 2. Processo di fusione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"charcoal-covering-method-for-efficient-deoxidation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metodo di rivestimento con carbone vegetale per una disossidazione efficiente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la fusione in un forno IF, la superficie del rame fuso deve essere ricoperta da uno strato di carbone di 135 mm di spessore per ridurre il tenore di ossigeno a meno di ppm ed evitare un aumento localizzato della resistenza causato dalle inclusioni di ossido di rame. La temperatura deve essere controllata con precisione tra 1145 e 1155 \u2103 (), e il rame fuso viene convogliato attraverso la struttura sommersa per ridurre i residui di bolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"step-3-molding-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 3. Lavorazione di precisione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"cnc-machining-ensures-0-5mm-accuracy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">La lavorazione CNC garantisce una precisione di \u00b10,5 mm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando si utilizza una macchina per la lavorazione delle sbarre collettrici \u201ctre in uno\u201d (punzonatura + piegatura + taglio), l\u2019errore di interasse dei fori deve essere \u2264 0,5 mm, mentre il raggio di piegatura deve essere \u2265 2,5 volte la larghezza della sbarra collettrice. La rugosit\u00e0 superficiale deve essere \u2264 Ra 1,6 e la resistenza alla corrosione deve essere migliorata tramite zincatura (10-20 \u03bcm) o lucidatura chimica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"step-5-bending-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 5. Processo di piegatura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"cold-bending-process-to-avoid-lattice-damage\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processo di piegatura a freddo per evitare danni alla struttura reticolare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sbarre collettrici in rame devono essere sagomate mediante piegatura a freddo; \u00e8 severamente vietato che la temperatura di riscaldamento superi i 250 \u2103 (). La curvatura nella piegatura verticale e in quella piana deve essere rispettivamente \u2264 2 mm\/m e 3 mm\/m; dopo la piegatura, \u00e8 necessario procedere alla ricottura, con una riduzione delle tensioni residue del 60% ().<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"step-6-connection-technology\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 6. Tecnologia di connessione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"torque-wrench-to-guarantee-contact-reliability\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Chiave dinamometrica per garantire l'affidabilit\u00e0 del contatto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forza di serraggio dei bulloni deve essere conforme alle norme riportate nella Tabella 9 (coppia di serraggio raccomandata per i bulloni M12: 45-50 N\u00b7m). La resistenza di contatto pu\u00f2 essere ridotta a 0,15 \u03bc\u03a9\u00b7m\u00b2 dopo il trattamento di goffratura sulla superficie di contatto, valore inferiore di 40% rispetto alla superficie non trattata ().<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"step-7-insulation-treatment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fase 7.
