Gli esperimenti dimostrano che, nel caso dei giunti alluminio-rame non trattati sottoposti alla prova in nebbia salina, l\u2019aumento di temperatura pu\u00f2 superare i 200 \u2103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Differenza nel coefficiente di dilatazione termica: rilassamento delle sollecitazioni e cedimento da contatto<br>Il coefficiente di dilatazione termica dell\u2019alluminio (23,1 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C) \u00e8 1,4 volte superiore a quello del rame (16,5 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C). Le variazioni di temperatura possono causare la formazione di microfessure nell\u2019interfaccia di connessione e un aumento della resistenza di contatto, provocando un surriscaldamento localizzato o addirittura la fusione (Figura 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impedenza del film di ossido: formazione di strati altamente resistivi sulle superfici di alluminio<br>L'alluminio esposto all'aria forma rapidamente uno strato di ossido di alluminio (Al\u2082O\u2083); la sua resistivit\u00e0 raggiunge i 10\u00b9\u2074 \u03a9-cm, ovvero 1.000 volte quella di uno strato di ossido di rame. Se non viene rimosso, la resistenza del giunto aumenter\u00e0 di 30%-50%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Differenze nelle caratteristiche di scorrimento: cedimento meccanico sotto carichi a lungo termine<br>La resistenza allo scorrimento dell'alluminio \u00e8 pari solo al 60% di quella del rame. Le vibrazioni prolungate o i carichi di corrente elevati possono causare deformazioni plastiche, con conseguente allentamento dei giunti bullonati (Figura 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equilibrio tra costi e processi: opzioni tecniche per le esigenze di alleggerimento<br>I conduttori in alluminio sono 60% pi\u00f9 leggeri di quelli in rame, ma il processo di collegamento costa 20%-40% in pi\u00f9 (Tabella 1). \u00c8 necessario valutare attentamente il rapporto tra convenienza economica e affidabilit\u00e0 in base al contesto specifico.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Confronto tra le propriet\u00e0 fisiche del rame e dell'alluminio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Parametri<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Rame (C1100)<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Alluminio (6101-T6)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Conduttivit\u00e0 (%IACS)<\/td><td>100 %<\/td><td>55 %<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Densit\u00e0 (g\/cm\u00b3)<\/td><td>8,96<\/td><td>2,70<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Coefficiente di dilatazione termica (\u00d710\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C)<\/td><td>16.5<\/td><td>23.1<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Resistenza alla trazione (MPa)<\/td><td>220<\/td><td>180<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Rapporto tipico tra costo e applicazione<\/td><td>1.0<\/td><td>0,6-0,8<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"six-step-standardized-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processo standardizzato in sei fasi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fase 1: Selezionare i connettori di transizione specializzati<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Morsetti di transizione in rame e alluminio: i giunti compositi realizzati con processi di saldatura per attrito o a ultrasuoni possono impedire la penetrazione dell'elettrolita e ridurre il rischio di corrosione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trattamento di placcatura: rivestimento in stagno (Sn-0,14 V) o argentatura (Ag+0,80 V) sull'estremit\u00e0 in rame per ridurre la differenza di potenziale con l'alluminio a meno di 0,8 V (differenza originale rame-alluminio pari a 2,0 V).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fase 2: Pretrattamento della superficie e agente antiossidante<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Levigatura meccanica: utilizzare carta abrasiva a grana 120 per rimuovere il film di ossido dalla superficie dell'alluminio e mantenere la rugosit\u00e0 della superficie di contatto a un valore Ra \u2264 3,2 \u03bcm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trattamento chimico: spruzzare una pasta conduttiva contenente cromato di zinco per riempire i vuoti microscopici e impedire l'accesso dell'ossigeno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fase 3: Controllo preciso della coppia e design anti-allentamento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dimensioni dei bulloni: coppia di serraggio consigliata di 10-12 N\u00b7m per i bulloni M8, con rondelle elastiche a disco per compensare la dilatazione termica (Figura 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoraggio della pressione di contatto: determinare il valore critico (\u0394R\/\u0394\u03c3\uff1c-0,1 \u03bc\u03a9\/MPa) tramite la curva resistenza-sollecitazione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fase 4: Selezione del processo di saldatura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saldatura per attrito con agitazione (FSW): Adatta per giunti di grande sezione trasversale con resistenza del giunto fino a 90% del materiale di base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brasatura laser: utilizzare materiale di brasatura Zn-Al (punto di fusione 380 \u00b0C) per evitare la formazione della fase CuAl\u2082, che \u00e8 fragile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fase 5: Isolamento e protezione<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protezione a doppio strato: strato interno rivestito con nastro autofusibile in gomma siliconica, strato esterno costituito da guaina termorestringente rinforzata (resistente a temperature fino a 125 \u2103) per impedire l'ingresso di umidit\u00e0 e nebbia salina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fase 6: Ispezione e manutenzione periodiche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Termografia a infrarossi: ispezioni trimestrali; l'aumento di temperatura dei giunti deve essere inferiore a 30 \u2103 rispetto alla temperatura ambiente (norma IEC 61439-1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valutazione della corrosione: misurare la resistenza di contatto utilizzando il metodo a quattro sonde;
