Il presente articolo analizza la conduttivit\u00e0, il livello di sicurezza, gli scenari applicativi e altre cinque dimensioni delle sbarre collettrici in rame isolate e non isolate, combinando le norme IEEE e i casi pratici delle principali imprese nazionali per evidenziare le differenze nel posizionamento funzionale delle due tipologie nel sistema elettrico. Al contrario, le sbarre collettrici in rame isolate, a causa della maggiore impedenza del rivestimento superficiale, a parit\u00e0 di area della sezione trasversale, riducono la portata di scarico di circa 15%, ma grazie alla struttura tubolare cava, \u00e8 possibile controllare il coefficiente di effetto pelle (KF) a un valore pari o inferiore a 1, risultato significativamente migliore rispetto alla barra collettrice rettangolare in rame, che presenta un KF \u2265 1,8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Parametri<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Barra collettrice in rame non isolata<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Barra collettrice in rame isolata<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Densit\u00e0 di corrente (A\/mm\u00b2)<\/td><td>2,68 (\u0424100\u00d75 mm)<\/td><td>2,12 (con isolamento)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Aumento della temperatura (\u0394T)<\/td><td>\u226570K<\/td><td>\u226440K<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Resistenza alla corrente di cortocircuito (kA\/4 s)<\/td><td>160<\/td><td>200<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"difference-in-safety-protection-system\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Differenze nel sistema di protezione di sicurezza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sbarre collettrici in rame non isolate prevedono una distanza di isolamento in aria di 125 mm (norma IEC 61439-2); in ambienti umidi sussiste il rischio di dispersioni. La nostra sbarra collettrice in rame isolata, invece, \u00e8 dotata di tre livelli di protezione:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Substrato in PTFE da 0,5 mm (resistenza alla temperatura da -250 \u2103 a +250 \u2103)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strato schermante in nastro di rame collegato a terra (potenziale superficiale pari a zero)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rivestimento in resina epossidica (resistenza alla tensione IF di 50 kV), che garantisce una protezione in qualsiasi condizione atmosferica. Gli esperimenti dimostrano che le sbarre collettrici in rame rivestite con 2 mm di resina epossidica superano comunque la prova di tenuta alla tensione di 50 kV anche quando la distanza tra i conduttori \u00e8 pari a 0 mm. .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"difference-in-application-scenarios\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Differenze negli scenari di applicazione&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Circuito primario preferito:<br>Le sbarre collettrici in rame non isolate sono prevalenti in contesti quali le sottostazioni da 110 kV, grazie ai seguenti vantaggi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non sono necessari sostegni per campate fino a 9 metri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resistenza meccanica di 294 MPa a garanzia delle prestazioni sismiche (rispetto ai 196 MPa del rame isolato).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adatto a locali di distribuzione con ampio spazio a disposizione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innovazione nel circuito secondario:<br>Le sbarre collettrici in rame isolate ampliano i confini delle applicazioni grazie all'evoluzione tecnologica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Batterie per veicoli a energia alternativa (capacit\u00e0 di trasporto di corrente pari a 6000 A).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Progettazione a prova di arco elettrico per inverter fotovoltaici. .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quadro elettrico compatto (distanza libera ridotta da 125 mm a 65 mm).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"difference-in-cost\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Differenza di costo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebbene il costo di acquisto delle sbarre collettrici in rame isolate sia superiore del 30-50%, il loro valore si riflette nei seguenti aspetti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Costi di manutenzione ridotti: si evita il rischio di rottura delle fiale in ceramica (riduzione del tasso di guasto del 72%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vantaggi in termini di risparmio di spazio: dimensioni del quadro elettrico da 40,5 kV ridotte del 40%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Differenza nella durata di vita utile: la durata di vita prevista delle sbarre collettrici in rame isolate \u00e8 \u2265 30 anni, ben superiore a quella delle sbarre collettrici in rame nudo, pari a 15-20 anni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"technology-trend\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tendenze tecnologiche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I dati del settore indicano che:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una svolta rivoluzionaria nel campo dei materiali: le barre collettrici in rame rivestite di grafene aumenteranno la conduttivit\u00e0 del 20% e garantiranno l'autoisolamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovazione tecnologica: la verniciatura elettrostatica sostituisce i tubi termorestringenti, con un errore di spessore dello strato isolante pari a \u22640,1 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aggiornamento standard: la norma IEEE C37.20.2 impone l'uso di cavi in rame con isolamento vulcanizzato epossidico nelle aree critiche.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"conclusion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nell\u2019ambito del processo di ammodernamento delle reti elettriche, le sbarre collettrici in rame isolate e quelle non isolate non sono alternative, ma svolgono funzioni complementari. Si raccomanda di privilegiare l\u2019uso di sbarre collettrici in rame nudo di grande sezione trasversale nel circuito primario (in scenari con capacit\u00e0 di trasporto di corrente &gt; 4000 A), mentre le sbarre collettrici in rame isolate vengono utilizzate per realizzare un sistema di doppia protezione in luoghi affollati, in impianti di nuova energia e in altri scenari. Con l\u2019entrata in vigore della nuova norma nazionale GB\/T 5585.1-2025, il&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/busbarmanufacturer.com\/it\/insulated-bus-bar\/\">barra collettrice in rame isolata&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong>Si prevede che la quota di mercato crescer\u00e0 dagli attuali 35% a 52% nel 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le sbarre collettrici in rame svolgono un ruolo fondamentale nella moderna distribuzione dell'energia elettrica, ma i modelli isolati e quelli non isolati rispondono a esigenze diverse.
