La temperatura deve essere controllata con precisione a 1145-1155 \u00b0C (1145-1155 \u00b0C) e il rame liquido viene convogliato attraverso la struttura immersa per ridurre i residui di bolle.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Fase 3. Processo di stampaggio<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tecnologia di estrusione continua per migliorare la velocit\u00e0 di formazione<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dopo la cristallizzazione nella macchina di colata continua, le barre di rame vengono estruse in continuo a 490 \u00b0C, con il calore di attrito che sostituisce il riscaldamento esterno, con un risparmio energetico di 301 TP3T. La rugosit\u00e0 superficiale deve essere \u2264 Ra1,6 e la resistenza alla corrosione deve essere migliorata tramite zincatura (10-20 \u03bcm) o lucidatura chimica.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Fase 5. Processo di piegatura<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Processo di piegatura a freddo per evitare danni al reticolo<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le barre collettrici in rame devono essere piegate a freddo; la temperatura di riscaldamento non deve superare i 250 \u00b0C (). La curvatura verticale e quella in piano devono essere rispettivamente \u2264 2 mm\/m e 3 mm\/m; dopo la piegatura, devono essere sottoposte a ricottura, con riduzione delle tensioni residue pari a 60% ().<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-material-selection-balance-of-purity-and-performance\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Fase 6.
