Caratteristiche strutturali<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le barre collettrici laminate adottano un processo di laminazione alternata di conduttori in rame\/alluminio e isolanti in poliimmide\/epossidico per formare una struttura composita a livello micron con uno spessore di 0,1-2 mm (Figura 1). Rispetto alle barre collettrici tradizionali, la loro capacit\u00e0 interstrato aumenta fino a 15-30 pF\/cm\u00b2, sopprimendo efficacemente i picchi di tensione. Vantaggi delle sbarre collettrici laminate<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"1-inductance-suppression-technology\">1. Tecnologia di soppressione dell&#039;induttanza<\/h3>\n<p>Le misurazioni reali effettuate dalla Divisione Energia di Siemens mostrano che l&#039;intensit\u00e0 di interferenza elettromagnetica (EMI) delle barre collettrici laminate si riduce a 35 dB\u03bcV in scenari ad alta frequenza di 10 MHz (rispetto ai 72 dB\u03bcV delle barre collettrici convenzionali), in conformit\u00e0 con il rigoroso standard CISPR 22 Classe B. Design personalizzato<\/h3>\n<p><em>Caso 1<\/em>: La barra collettrice laminata a forma di stella di GE (Fig. 3) per l&#039;energia eolica offshore riduce le perdite del convertitore di 19% attraverso 24 strati di lamine di rame intercalate per ottenere un&#039;omogeneizzazione della corrente a 360\u00b0.<br \/>\n<em>Caso 2<\/em>: Barra di distribuzione a L per il modello X9 di Xiaopeng Automobile, con raggio di curvatura di 2 mm per mantenere una capacit\u00e0 di tenuta al cortocircuito di 100 kA, con un risparmio di spazio di cablaggio pari a 43%.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"iii-industry-applications\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">III. Applicazioni industriali<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"1-new-energy-field\">1. Nuovo campo energetico<\/h3>\n<p>Secondo i dati NREL, l&#039;efficienza di un impianto fotovoltaico con sistema a barre laminate aumenta a 98,71 TP3T (96,21 TP3T per un impianto tradizionale), mentre la produzione annua di energia per MW aumenta di 21.000 kWh.
