Production process:
- Pre-treatment: Copper rows are acid washed and alkaline washed to remove oil and oxidized layer to ensure a clean surface.
- Heating: Preheat the copper rows to 180℃-250℃, so that the PVC powder adheres evenly.
- Plastic dipping: Copper row immersed in PVC sol fluidized bed, control the thickness of insulation layer by dipping several times (usually 2-3 times).
- Curing: Curing: Plasticize in hot air circulating furnace at 160℃-200℃ to form a dense insulating layer.
- Post-treatment: After cooling and shaping, the excess insulation layer is removed and the electrical properties are tested.
