Kernspecificatie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elektrische lucht- en kruipafstand: elektrische luchtafstand van laagspanningsschakelapparatuur \u2265 15 mm, kruipafstand \u2265 20 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fasevolgorde:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AC-systeem: bij de op-en-neer-opstelling zijn dit A (geel), B (groen) en C (rood); bij de horizontale opstelling is dit A\u2192C, van de achterkant van de schijf naar het oppervlak van de schijf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gelijkstroomsysteem: pluspool achteraan\/links, minpool vooraan\/rechts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"b-production-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. Productieproces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rechten en knippen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rechtmaken met een vlakmachine voor stroomrails; verticale doorbuiging \u2264 2 mm\/m, horizontale doorbuiging \u2264 3 mm\/m, en het snijvlak is vlak en vrij van bramen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De diameter van het boorgat moet 0,5-1 mm groter zijn dan die van de bout, met een afwijking in de afstand tussen de gaten van \u00b1 0,5 mm. 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buigproces:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vermijd haakse buigingen; bij het koudbuigen is de minimale buigradius afhankelijk van de dikte van de koperen busbar (bijvoorbeeld voor een koperen busbar van 50 \u00d7 5 mm geldt een minimale buigradius van \u2265 2 keer de dikte).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bij een verdraaiing van 90\u00b0, moet de lengte van het verdraaide gedeelte 2,5 tot 5 keer de breedte van de stroomrail bedragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oppervlaktebehandeling:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het contactoppervlak moet worden gepolijst om de oxidelaag te verwijderen; de doorsnede van de koperen stroomrail mag niet meer bedragen dan 3%, die van de aluminium stroomrail niet meer dan 5%. Aansluiting van de verzamelrail en apparatuur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bevestiging met bouten:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gebruik momentsleutels om de bouten volgens de norm vast te draaien (bijvoorbeeld: M12-bouten moeten worden vastgedraaid met een koppel van 31,4-39,2 N\u00b7m); de bout moet de moer 2-3 slagen blootleggen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De bout moet horizontaal van onder naar boven worden gemonteerd om te voorkomen dat er een gesloten magnetisch circuit ontstaat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speciale verbinding:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bij schroefklemmen moeten platte ringen van koper met een tinnen coating worden gebruikt; het gebruik van veerringen is verboden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bij koper- en aluminiumverbindingen moeten in vochtige omgevingen overgangsplaten worden gebruikt, waarbij de kopereinden met tin moeten worden bekleed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-heat-shrink-treatment-and-marking\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Krimpbehandeling en markering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Krimpkous:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kies de huls op basis van de fasekleur (geel\/groen\/rood); de gebogen buis moet eerst worden voorverwarmd en vervolgens worden rechtgetrokken, met behulp van een verwarming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>een temperatuur van 600-650 \u2103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De snijgaten moeten met hulzen worden voorzien om krassen op de koperen stroomrail te voorkomen. .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beoordelingsvereisten:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nulleiding (N) en aardleiding (PE) voorzien van een markering met een diameter van 20\/30 mm; de busbar voor buitengebruik moet worden voorzien van isolatie in de vorm van krimpkous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"3-installation-acceptance\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Oplevering van de installatie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nauwkeurigheidscontrole:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verticale afwijking \u2264 2 mm\/totale lengte \u2264 5 mm; horizontale afwijking \u2264 3 mm\/totale lengte \u2264 10 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De afstand tussen de steunpunten bedraagt \u22642,5 m, en de isolatoren zijn zonder extra belasting bevestigd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veiligheidstest:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aardingsweerstand \u2264 0,1 \u03a9, contactweerstand van het overspanningspunt \u2264 1,2 keer de weerstand van een stroomrail van dezelfde lengte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spanningsbestendigheidstest: een systeem van 10 kV moet een spanningsbestendigheidstest van 42 kV gedurende 1 minuut bij netfrequentie doorstaan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"special-scenario-handling\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Omgang met speciale scenario\u2019s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brandbeveiliging en schokbestendigheid: bij het doorbreken van de brandmuur moet een brandwerende scheidingswand worden aangebracht, en op de vloer moeten een waterdicht platform en een trillingsdempende beugel worden aangebracht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bescherming buitenshuis: wanneer de geaarde koperen stroomrail zich op minder dan 1,8 m van de grond bevindt in de niet-elektrische schacht, moet er een beschermkap worden aangebracht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Situatie met hoge stroomsterkte: de afstand tussen parallelle koperen stroomrails moet \u2265 de dikte zijn om lokale oververhitting te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"common-problems-and-optimization\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veelvoorkomende problemen en optimalisatie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vervormingsbeheersing: bij het buigen van uit meerdere delen bestaande stroomrails is een consistentiecontrole vereist om installatiespanning te voorkomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corrosiewerende maatregelen: vertinnen of verzilveren van de contactvlakken; beugel vervaardigd volgens het thermisch verzinkingsproces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afvalbeheersing: korte koperen stroomrails worden bij voorkeur gebruikt voor aftakcircuits om materiaalverspilling te beperken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met behulp van de bovenstaande stappen kunt u het hele proces, van ontwerp tot installatie van&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/busbarmanufacturer.com\/nl\/copper-bus-bar\/\">koperen stroomrails,<\/a>&nbsp;waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met de elektrische prestaties en de esthetiek van het proces.
