Uit experimenten blijkt dat bij de onbehandelde aluminium-koperverbindingen in de zoutsproeitest de temperatuurstijging meer dan 200 \u2103 kan bedragen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verschil in thermische uitzettingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt: spanningsrelaxatie en contactbreuk<br>De thermische uitzettingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van aluminium (23,1 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C) is 1,4 keer zo hoog als die van koper (16,5 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C). Temperatuurschommelingen kunnen leiden tot microopeningen op het verbindingsvlak en een verhoogde contactweerstand, wat plaatselijke oververhitting of zelfs smelten kan veroorzaken (Figuur 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impedantie van oxidefilms: vorming van lagen met een hoge weerstand op aluminiumoppervlakken<br>Aluminium dat aan de lucht wordt blootgesteld, vormt al snel een laagje aluminiumoxide (Al\u2082O\u2083); de soortelijke weerstand daarvan bedraagt maar liefst 10\u00b9\u2074 \u03a9-cm, wat 1.000 keer zo hoog is als die van een laagje koperoxide. Als deze laag niet wordt verwijderd, neemt de verbindingsweerstand toe met 30%-50%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verschil in kruipgedrag: mechanisch falen onder langdurige belasting<br>De kruipsterkte van aluminium bedraagt slechts 60% van die van koper. Langdurige trillingen of hoge stroombelastingen kunnen plastische vervorming veroorzaken, wat leidt tot het losraken van boutverbindingen (Figuur 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een evenwicht tussen kosten en proces: technische opties voor gewichtsvermindering<br>Aluminiumgeleiders zijn 60% lichter dan koper, maar het aansluitproces kost 20%-40% meer (Tabel 1). Afhankelijk van de situatie moet een afweging worden gemaakt tussen kosten en betrouwbaarheid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Vergelijking van de fysische eigenschappen van koper en aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Parameters<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Koper (C1100)<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Aluminium (6101-T6)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Geleidbaarheid (%IACS)<\/td><td>100 %<\/td><td>55 %<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Dichtheid (g\/cm\u00b3)<\/td><td>8,96<\/td><td>2,70<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Thermische uitzettingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt (\u00d710\u207b\u2076\/\u00b0C)<\/td><td>16.5<\/td><td>23.1<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Treksterkte (MPa)<\/td><td>220<\/td><td>180<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Typische kostenverhouding bij toepassingen<\/td><td>1.0<\/td><td>0,6-0,8<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"six-step-standardized-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gestandaardiseerd proces in zes stappen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stap 1: Kies de juiste overgangsverbindingsstukken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overgangsklemmen van koper en aluminium: Samengestelde verbindingen die zijn vervaardigd met behulp van wrijvingslassen of ultrasoonlassen kunnen het binnendringen van elektrolyt tegengaan en het risico op corrosie verminderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Galvanische behandeling: vertinnen (Sn-0,14 V) of verzilveren (Ag+0,80 V) van het koperen uiteinde om het potentiaalverschil met aluminium terug te brengen tot minder dan 0,8 V (oorspronkelijk koper-aluminiumverschil van 2,0 V).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stap 2: Voorbehandeling van het oppervlak en antioxidant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mechanisch schuren: gebruik schuurpapier met korrelgrootte 120 om de oxidefilm op het aluminiumoppervlak te verwijderen en de ruwheid van het contactoppervlak te beperken tot Ra \u2264 3,2 \u03bcm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chemische behandeling: Spuit een geleidende pasta met zinkchromaat op het oppervlak om microscopisch kleine holtes op te vullen en zuurstof tegen te houden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stap 3: Nauwkeurige koppelregeling en ontwerp dat losraken voorkomt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boutmaat: Aanbevolen aandraaimoment van 10-12 N\u00b7m voor M8-bouten, met schijfveerringen om thermische uitzetting op te vangen (afbeelding 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controle van de contactdruk: Bepaal de kritische waarde (\u0394R\/\u0394\u03c3\uff1c-0,1 \u03bc\u03a9\/MPa) aan de hand van de weerstand-spanningscurve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stap 4: Keuze van het lasproces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Friction Stir Welding (FSW): Geschikt voor verbindingen met een grote dwarsdoorsnede, waarbij de verbindingssterkte maximaal 90% van het basismateriaal bedraagt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laserhardsolderen: Gebruik Zn-Al-hardsoldeermateriaal (smeltpunt 380 \u00b0C) om de vorming van de brosse CuAl\u2082-fase te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stap 5: Isolatie en bescherming<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dubbellaagse bescherming: binnenlaag omwikkeld met zelfsmeltende siliconenrubberband, buitenlaag van verdikte krimpkous (temperatuurbestendig tot 125 \u2103) om vocht en zoutnevel tegen te houden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stap 6: Regelmatige inspectie en onderhoud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Infraroodthermografie: Driemaandelijkse inspecties; de temperatuurstijging van verbindingen moet lager zijn dan 30 \u2103 boven de omgevingstemperatuur (norm IEC 61439-1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corrosiebeoordeling: Meet de contactweerstand met behulp van de vierpuntsmethode;
