Voordelen van verzinkte koperen stroomrails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verbetering van de geleidbaarheid en optimalisatie van de stabiliteit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De geleidbaarheid van koper zelf bedraagt maar liefst 58 S\/m, maar de geleidbaarheid van koperoxide aan het oppervlak neemt aanzienlijk af. Na vertinning heeft tinoxide (SnO\u2082) een betere geleidbaarheid dan koperoxide (CuO), waardoor de contactweerstand met wel 30% kan worden verminderd. Experimentele gegevens tonen aan dat de temperatuurstijging van vertinde koperen stroomrails 15-20% lager is dan die van onvertinde koperen stroomrails (bij dezelfde stroomsterkte), wat het vermogensverlies aanzienlijk vermindert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Een enorme verbetering van de corrosiebestendigheid<\/strong><br>Bij de zoutsproeitest kan een koperen busbar met een vertinde laag van \u2265 25 25\u03bcm 1000 uur zonder corrosie doorstaan, wat veel langer is dan de limiet van 72 uur voor onvertind koper. In fotovolta\u00efsche energiecentrales aan de kust kan de levensduur van vertinde koperen stroomrails bijvoorbeeld worden verlengd tot meer dan 15 jaar, waardoor de onderhoudskosten met 40% worden verlaagd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verbetering van het soldeerproces<\/strong><br>Wanneer de oppervlakteruwheid (Ra-waarde) van een matte vertinning wordt geregeld op 0,8-1,6 \u03bcm, neemt de hechtsterkte van het solderen met meer dan 50% toe en kan een betrouwbare verbinding worden gerealiseerd zonder vloeimiddel. Dikte van het materiaal van de beplating<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Keuze van de dikte<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Droge binnenomgeving: 12,5 \u03bcm (voldoet aan de norm GB\/T 2423.17, zoutsproeitest niveau 4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vochtige\/industri\u00eble omgeving: 25 \u03bcm (voldoet aan de IEC 60068-2-11-test voor zware omstandigheden)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chemische\/mariene omgeving: \u226530 \u03bcm (zie norm NACE TM0172)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>De onvervangbaarheid van C110 zuiver koper<\/strong><br>C110-koperen stroomrails met een kopergehalte van \u226599,9%, een geleidbaarheid tot 101% IACS en een buigbaarheid die drie keer zo groot is als die van messing, vormen de beste ondergronden voor het vertinnen. Uit metingen bij een project voor een ultrahoge-spanningsonderstation bleek dat de C110-koperen busbar een stroomvoerend vermogen van 22% had, wat hoger is dan dat van gelegeerd koper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"4-quality-control\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Kwaliteitscontrole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Test op de uniformiteit van de beplating<\/strong><br>Voor het in kaart brengen van de dikte wordt gebruikgemaakt van een r\u00f6ntgenfluorescentiespectrometer (XRF), waarbij een afwijking van \u2264\u00b110% vereist is (zie norm ASTM B568).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hechtingstest<\/strong><br>Voldoet aan de buigtest (180\u00b0 buigen zonder loslaten) en de thermische schoktest (5 cycli van -40 \u00b0C tot 150 \u00b0C) zoals voorgeschreven door ISO 2819.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verbetering van het milieubeschermingsproces<\/strong><br>Toonaangevende bedrijven maken gebruik van cyanidevrije vertinningsprocessen (bijvoorbeeld citraatsystemen), die de toxiciteit van het afvalwater met 90% verminderen en voldoen aan de RoHS 3.0-normen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"5-industry-application\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
