This article analyzes the conductivity, safety level, application scenarios, and other five dimensions of insulated\/non-insulated copper busbars and combines the IEEE standards and practice cases of domestic leading enterprises to reveal the differences in the functional positioning of the two in the power system. The study shows that uninsulated copper busbar dominates the primary circuit by virtue of the current density advantage of 2.68 A\/mm\u00b2, while <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/busbarmanufacturer.com\/nl\/insulated-bus-bar\/\"><strong>ge\u00efsoleerde koperen busbar<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>realiseert de doorbraak van 42 kV spanningsweerstand via PTFE en andere materialen om de veiligheidsvoorziening van het secundaire circuit te worden.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"iii-application-scenario-differentiation-mapping\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Verschil in <\/span><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Geleidbaarheid<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Onge\u00efsoleerde koperen busbars zijn gemaakt van koper met een hoge zuiverheidsgraad, met een stroomdichtheid van 2,68-2,12 A\/mm\u00b2. Het rechthoekige ontwerp met dwarsdoorsnede zorgt voor een natuurlijke warmteafvoer door het vergroten van het oppervlak, wat vooral geschikt is voor scenario&#039;s met hoge stroomtransmissie van meer dan 4000 A.
