Prouction process of flexible busbar connectors:
- Conductor molding: Copper foil stacked or multi-core copper wire braided into a flexible conductor, connected by diffusion welding or cold crimping rigid terminals.
- Insulation layer injection molding: Semi-conductive layer mold injection molding, injected into the silicone rubber to form a flexible insulating layer, and then embedded in EPDM rubber layer (including capacitive sensors).
- Shielding treatment: Spray semi-conductive material (silicone rubber + carbon powder) and vulcanization, forming an external shielding layer.
