Ao comparar e analisar as diferen\u00e7as de efici\u00eancia entre os processos tradicionais e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o inteligente, demonstra o papel significativo da otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos na melhoria do desempenho condutor e na redu\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo de energia, fornecendo suporte de dados para a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da cadeia industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"1-raw-material-selection-purity-control-and-material-revolution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. O equipamento de corte a laser da japonesa AMADA consegue realizar incis\u00f5es de formas especiais com uma precis\u00e3o de 0,1 mm, de modo a satisfazer os requisitos estruturais complexos das barras de cobre destinadas a ve\u00edculos de energia nova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"4-annealing-process-dynamic-temperature-control-and-performance-regulation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Processo de recozimento: controlo din\u00e2mico da temperatura e regula\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tecnologia de recozimento gradual (controlo de temperatura segmentado entre 300 e 600 \u2103) aumenta o alongamento da barra de cobre para 40% e reduz a amplitude de varia\u00e7\u00e3o da dureza para \u00b15HV. A experi\u00eancia alem\u00e3 da LINDBERG demonstra que, quando a velocidade de recozimento \u00e9 controlada a 15 \u2103\/min, o grau de conclus\u00e3o da recristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o atinge 98%, o que permite poupar 22% de energia em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o processo convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"5-surface-treatment-composite-plating-and-long-term-protection\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Tratamento de superf\u00edcies: revestimento composto e prote\u00e7\u00e3o a longo prazo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A galvanoplastia com composto de prata-n\u00edquel (espessura de 8-12 \u03bcm) reduz a resist\u00eancia de contacto para 0,8 \u03bc\u03a9\u00b7cm, e o teste de resist\u00eancia ao n\u00e9voa salina ultrapassa as 1000 horas. A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o UL dos EUA exige que as barras condutoras de cobre sejam submetidas a um ensaio de corrente de curto-circuito de 100 kA\/3 s, e a dete\u00e7\u00e3o inteligente aumenta a efici\u00eancia do ensaio em 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"7-intelligent-manufacturing-digital-twin-and-flexible-production\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Fabrico inteligente: g\u00e9meo digital e produ\u00e7\u00e3o flex\u00edvel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tecnologia de g\u00e9meo digital permite a simula\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real dos par\u00e2metros do processo, reduzindo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de novos produtos de 45 dias para 12 dias. A taxa de acesso ao sistema MES de uma determinada empresa atingiu 95%, a OEE (efici\u00eancia global) dos equipamentos aumentou para 86% e o consumo de energia diminuiu em 18%. A plataforma da Internet das Coisas industrial permite ajustar dinamicamente o plano de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, e a velocidade de resposta \u00e0s encomendas triplicou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"8-environmental-innovation-circular-economy-and-green-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Inova\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental: economia circular e processos ecol\u00f3gicos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tecnologia de reciclagem de sucata de cobre reduz a taxa de perda de mat\u00e9ria-prima de 5% para 0,8% e diminui as emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082 em 1,2 toneladas por tonelada de barra condutora de cobre. O fabrico de barras condutoras de cobre isento de oxig\u00e9nio adota um sistema de arrefecimento a \u00e1gua em circuito fechado, com uma taxa de poupan\u00e7a de \u00e1gua de 75%.
