Processamento e liga\u00e7\u00e3o das barras condutoras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Corte e endireitamento:<\/strong>&nbsp;Utilizar cortadores especiais para cortar; o erro de curvatura plana e vertical por metro \u00e9 inferior a 3 mm e 2 mm, respetivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processo de soldadura (barra de liga\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00edgida):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c2ngulo de chanfro de 65-75 \u00b0, pureza do g\u00e1s de prote\u00e7\u00e3o na soldadura por arco de arg\u00e3o \u2265 99%; ap\u00f3s a soldadura, a junta deve ficar lisa e sem rebarbas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A posi\u00e7\u00e3o de soldadura deve evitar o ponto de apoio e a liga\u00e7\u00e3o num raio de, pelo menos, 50 mm; as soldaduras na barra de fase devem ser dispostas de forma escalonada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Liga\u00e7\u00e3o com parafusos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A superf\u00edcie de contacto deve ser polida para remover a camada oxidada, revestida com massa lubrificante composta para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas; o parafuso deve ser enroscado de baixo para cima e a chave dinamom\u00e9trica deve ser apertada a 70\u00b16 N\u00b7m, deixando 2 a 3 roscas expostas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ao ligar o canal de barramento fechado, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio alinhar a estrutura exterior e fixar a placa de cobertura estanque, devendo a manga isolante na junta ficar totalmente coberta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"c-insulation-and-grounding\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">c. Normas de seguran\u00e7a e aceita\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"a-operation-safety\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">A.
