Production Process of 220V 60A Battery Busbar:

1. Raw material processing: copper/aluminum tube straightening, surface polishing, removing burrs and oxidation layer.

2. Insulation processing:

  • Use hot top casting process to form seamless tube, spray PTFE or epoxy resin insulation layer.
  • Segmented heat-shrinkable sleeve wrapping and partial discharge detection (discharge ≤ 10pC).

3. Structure assembly:

  • Punching, bending (angle ≤ 90 °), installation of single-bolt clamping terminal and protective baffle. Overlap surface tin-lined, coated with conductive.
  • Overlap surface tin lining treatment, coated with conductive paste to reduce the contact resistance.

4. Testing and packaging:

  • Voltage resistance test, temperature rise test, sealing verification.
  • Apply phase sequence marking (yellow/green/red/blue), packaging protection.
