This formed electrical busbar features a flat mounting section with multiple oblong holes and an elevated stepped section for connection positioning. Its metallic surface and formed geometry are visible in the supplied image. The base material appears copper-colored, but the exact material grade and surface plating require confirmation.

Suitable for OEM electrical assemblies requiring shaped conductive connections and defined mounting positions. Custom manufacturing can accommodate drawing-specific profiles, hole configurations, bends, material specifications, and surface finishes for electrical equipment and industrial applications

Core Functions and Design Features

  • High Conductivity & Low Resistance: Copper busbars offer excellent electrical conductivity and low resistivity. They can carry large rated currents and serve as conductive bridges in switchgear, battery packs, and power distribution assemblies, effectively minimizing line temperature rise.

  • Anti-Corrosion Surface Plating: The metallic finish on the busbars typically indicates tin or nickel plating. This coating isolates the copper from oxygen and moisture to prevent oxidation, while also reducing contact resistance and ensuring long-term, stable electrical connections.

  • Stepped Bending for Space Adaptation: The Z-shaped (stepped) bend design allows the busbar to flexibly bridge obstacles within equipment or adjust installation heights. This enables connection points to align precisely within compact enclosures, ensuring accurate mating between busbars and terminals.

  • Multi-Hole Positioning & Fastening: Multiple regular through-holes along the long base plate (typically bolt mounting holes) are used for mechanical fixation and electrical crimping. This ensures both the structural stability of the busbar and the contact area with conductive terminals.

Primary Application Scenarios

  • Switchgear & Distribution Cabinets: Used for primary circuit branch connections between main busbars and circuit breakers or disconnectors.

  • New Energy Battery Modules: Serve as high-current busbars between cell modules inside power battery packs (PACK).

  • Industrial Power Equipment: Suitable for high-load conductive connections inside inverters, power modules, and large transformers.
