These custom rigid copper busbars use solid copper conductors formed into curved, right-angle and offset geometries for defined electrical routing. The supplied images show orange insulation over much of the conductor while selected contact tabs and terminal areas remain exposed. This construction is distinct from flexible laminated conductors and supports compact, predetermined connection paths. Copper and aluminum are established conductor materials for busbars, while formed terminations and insulating systems are selected according to the electrical and mechanical design.
The parts are intended for electric-truck high-voltage systems, including battery-pack power distribution and connections associated with vehicle power electronics. Busbars are used commercially in battery-pack interconnections, EV powertrains and eTruck applications, supporting this application classification. For custom busbar manufacturing, the conductor geometry, bends, contact locations and insulation coverage can be engineered around the customer’s vehicle packaging and connection layout; the exact insulation material, copper grade, plating, dimensions and electrical ratings should be specified from the customer drawing.
