This component is a rigid copper busbar terminal featuring a formed copper conductor body, nickel-plated surface and integrated stainless steel threaded fastener. Its bent contact and mounting structure is designed to provide a compact mechanical and electrical connection point. Nickel plating helps protect the copper surface against oxidation and corrosion while retaining copper as the primary conductive material. The part is suitable for custom busbar manufacturing where terminal geometry, mounting features and connection configurations are produced to customer drawings

Structural Features

The overall design features a rectangular base with protruding “wings” (flanges) on both sides, and a threaded hole or mounting slot in the center of the base.

The stainless steel bolt is directly screwed into the base, resulting in a compact structure that is easy to install and remove

Utilizes high-purity, hard-tempered copper (Cu C11000, Cu-EPT; T2) which ensures excellent electrical conductivity and exceptional mechanical rigidity

to 125℃, Flame Retardant  UL94V-0.   Used for solid&flexible busbar, and

Blister and wooden box packing to avoild bus bar broken or deformed.
