Custom Copper Foil Flexible Busbar with Nickel Terminals
Flexible copper busbar made from stacked 0.1 mm soft copper foils using polymer diffusion welding. Nickel terminal plates and EVA heat-shrink insulation support custom power connections for EVs, solar inverters, energy storage and electric yachts.
This flexible busbar is manufactured from multiple layers of 0.1 mm soft copper foil stacked and joined by polymer diffusion welding. The flexible conductor section is covered with orange EVA heat-shrink tubing, while the contact areas are reinforced with 1 mm nickel plates welded to the upper and lower terminal surfaces. Drilled terminal ends and formed bends allow the busbar geometry to be adapted to different electrical assemblies.
The product is suitable for electrical power connections in new energy vehicles, solar inverters, energy storage equipment and electric yachts. Custom busbar manufacturing can accommodate different conductor layouts, terminal shapes, hole patterns and bending configurations according to OEM assembly requirements.
