The flat copper busbar we manufacture is a rectangular conductive assembly based on high-purity T2 copper ((Cu+Ag)≥99.90%), designed for high-current transmission scenarios. Its structure adopts optimized cross-section design, which can reduce space occupation by 20% under the same current-carrying capacity compared with traditional cables. According to the national standard GB/T 5585.
The product has the following characteristics:

Optional 3M insulating material coating or micron-level plating (tin / silver), coating curing using three-stage temperature control (80 ℃ → 120 ℃ → 160 ℃)
