This insulated bus bar uses a rigid formed copper conductor with multiple bends, round and slotted terminal holes, nickel-plated exposed contact areas and an epoxy-coated body. The coating provides electrical insulation while leaving defined terminal surfaces accessible for bolted electrical connections. Epoxy powder coating is an established insulation method for shaped busbars, while nickel is also used as a busbar plating finish
